Hello and welcome to our property in the beautiful surroundings of the Silvercoast, Portugal.
We are a family of four from the south coast in England, who have enjoyed travelling for many years and wanted to find a home from home feel where we could relax and integrate & enjoy the traditional lifestyle in another European Country where it had a warmer climate,
Our children, now twelve, love coming back time & time again to savour the friendly and charming environment, that to date has been left unspoilt.
Having busy lifestyles and juggling the children's schooling encouraged us to pursue the dream of having a home to offer all of us something whilst taking some time out from our day to day experiences.
We welcome you to our home in Portugal and welcome any enquiries you may have.
Having explored properties in France, Spain, Greece, Cyprus & the Algarve, we decided that the Silvercoast had some of all of the above to offer.
Steeped in history, the Silvercoast is the jewel in the crown within Portugal. Tranquil, friendly, charming, rugged coastlines, whilst watching life pass by in a warmer climate with a coffee or dining in a variety of restaurants with Piri Piri chicken or local seafood being specialities.
With a rich tapestry on the West side of Portugal, its lush forestry to one side and its peaceful beaches the other. Watch the sunset with a glass of your favourite drink, fishing or walking the sea edge around the safe cove beach into Sao Martinho do Porto.
Many premium golf courses are also captured within the area. This area has something for everyone.
Our property boasts a 38'x18' swimming pool, shared by just a handful of owners, most of which is only used personally & infrequently throughout the year.
Safe with its own personal patio area and secure gates, intercom offering automatic entry to the front of the property and gaining sun from dusk till dawn with the sun rising at the rear left of the patio & setting to the right.
Several balconies enable a chance to take in the breath taking views and sit peacefully listening to music or reading a book.
The property itself is fully equipped with everything that your own home could offer, whilst being positioned in a fantastic location to venture in any direction and experience the multitude of sightseeing destinations.
